Igor Galynker, M.D. Igor Galynker, M.D. is the Founder and Director of the Richard and Cynthia Zirinsky Center for Bipolar Disorder and Associate Chairman for Research in the Department of Psychiatry at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Galynker is also a Professor of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine in New York City.
